The standard of food, wine and accommodation exceeded our expectations and was universally complemented on by our guests. I was delighted to see that the fare produced by your Hotel could equal or exceed that of other fine hotels where we have held our function in recent years.
Over and above the fare on offer, I have to mention the standard of service that we received from the personnel of the County Arms. You are fortunate in the staff you have employed as every single one always went out of their way to satisfy our every need, including in the reception, bar and dining room. Finally, I will say that the sight of yourself and your father and brothers personally overseeing the service of dinner speaks volumes for your attention to detail.
