Hackett's Eatery

Welcome to Hackett’s Eatery, the home of Thomas Bernard Hackett V.C. (1836-1880), who was awarded a Victoria Cross for bravery in 1857. Hackett was born and lived throughout his life in Moorpark House, now the County Arms Hotel.  The visionary Hackett family built our remarkable Georgian house, and their legacy lives on today.

Recently launched & situated on the first floor of the hotel, the Hackett's Eatery at County Arms Hotel offers a relaxed and welcoming dining experience, featuring a mix of exquisite dishes and hearty classics, carefully prepared to tantalize your taste buds and elevate your senses.

Outdoor dining is available on the terrace, with stunning views overlooking the original Georgian walled garden.
